Possible Bug

I not sure this is a bug or a function that you haven't turn on.

When preparing books or cards the pull down for going to another page has arrows on each side, I'm assuming to go to next or previous page, well they don't work.

Other than that so far this new upgrade will be terrific for customers, dealers and Photogize.

How does one get product information out of this company. I've sent 5 emails and had not one reply.

I'm in Australia and I'm NOT going to ring.

I'm looking for info on how the 'printwizard' system operates and what is required. i.e. what do I need to purchase in total. The website is VERY light on those points.

6x8 Black and White Film Option for Rasterplus

IS there an option for black and white film in rasterplus for 6x8 film? All I Can find is Color Options. If not How Can I make this happen? With 6x7 film there are black and white options but not 6x8.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Photogize API for web Applications !

Hi,

I have a website where the user create their albums and galleries. I want to give them options to get the prints of their pictures. For this I want to use photogize API if they provide. The layout will be...
The users will select the pictures and printing service from my site and then will be redirected on photogize site with their images. Where the users will get their desired prints. Does photogize provides such sort of API as providing to the picasa. Does anyone knows about this.

Is there a way to launch multiple instances of Printwizard on Windows XP? I would like to put in several orders at one time to our lab in order to cut down on upload time.

Is there a way for users of the Photogize interface to hide certain products that a lab offers in the program. Our lab provides a product list for many customers but not all products apply to our studio. It takes extra time to scroll through the pages of products to get to the ones we use most often.

PhotoCentral--Cropping Same Image for Multiple Size Prints

When the user of PhotoCentral wants to order multiple sizes of the same image with different crops, is there a way to do it other than to make a copy of the image?

If not, there needs to be some explanation for the user so that they know what to do.

The other issue is what happens when a customer orders 4 X 6 and 8 X 10 prints and both are being processed with RasterPlus. How is the cropping decision made on the 8 X 10?

In the beta you just have copy and move.

ETS1 Templates

We are having some trouble with customers sending in christmas card orders and there text is being cut off at the bottom. I noticed that when I take the template to photoshop the dimensions are 4 1/8 x 8 1/8. Our channel on our D2 is set up for a 4x8. Is there any suggestions on how to fix this issue or is this something graphx needs to fix in there software?

Firefox 2.0 is still not supported by Photocentral: very disappointed customer

Trying to access photocentral from Toronto ImageWorks site, i get this message:

PhotoCentral supports Internet Explorer 5.5+, Firefox 1.x+, and Netscape 7.x-8.x on Windows; Safari and Firefox 1.5+ on Macintosh OSX. Please try PhotoCentral on one of these supported platforms.

Needless to say I am VERY disappointed by this. Needless to say too, I will make my complain heard by ImageWorks too.

Firefox 2 has been out for more than a month now, and has been in beta for more than 7 months. Plenty of time to work on support, I guess.

My workflow is Linux-based, and I don't have the choice of using either an old and insecure IE5 or FF 1.5.

Please provide a fix for this situation ASAP otherwise I will have to choose another Lab that specifically does not use your services.

I am using Firefox 2.0 and it hangs when trying to load the Java upload utility.

If I launch IE there are not issues.

So far just looking at the newer interface I sure do like the ability to use multiple albums in ONE shopping cart.

Dektop Icon Text--Where is it Defined?

I would like to have the desktop icon text have our name in it or something like "Speedi Photogize Prints" instead of "Photogize PrintWizard". After all, our customers have the relationship with and recognize us, not Photogize.

How and where do I define this text?
