Why do files in my lab orders get sent to the wrong folder or print to the wrong media size?
Solution:
When printing orders, the files sent to the printer use the wrong media size or in the case of Generic Minilab are sent to the wrong folder. The cause of this problem could be that the product selected does not match exactly with the product name. If printing orders from Photogize, verify the the product selected by the customer matches exactly you product name. It's possible that a product has been edited and a different name used than what was originally used. To avoid this be sure to Republish products when finished editing. Click Tools...Republish Products, logos etc.
