Graphx Product Return Policy
1. Graphx Software Products including all Photgize WebServices and Online Channel Accounts.
You may return any software product we sell for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Software returns are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Software updates, and custom products as Custom Greeting Card and Custom PrintWizard are excluded. Any customer-requested custom changes to any software product are also excluded.
2. Graphx Kiosk Systems which include hardware. Kiosk systems that include hardware are not returnable.
